Staff Reporter: A birthday is usually considered a special occasion of joy and celebration. However, when that joy is dedicated to the welfare of underprivileged people, it becomes a shining example of humanity.
On the occasion of his birthday, Mohammed Ridoanul Haque, the respected President of Helping Hand Foundation, undertook such a commendable initiative. He arranged a nutritious meal for poor, widowed, and orphaned families in rural areas. Alongside this, he organized a free medical camp where underprivileged people received medical consultations and essential healthcare services.
Such initiatives are truly rare in today’s society. While food is essential for a hungry person, medical care is equally important for someone who is ill. By addressing these two fundamental needs together, he has demonstrated that true happiness does not lie in personal celebration, but in serving humanity.
Through this initiative, smiles appeared on the faces of the underprivileged. An elderly person found relief after receiving treatment, while orphaned children experienced moments of joy—reflecting the true beauty of humanity.
This exceptional birthday initiative reminds us that social change does not always require grand efforts; rather, it requires a compassionate heart and a sincere willingness to stand beside those in need.
If each of us makes even a small effort to support marginalized people on our special days, the light of humanity, love, and compassion will spread much further.
We extend our heartfelt greetings and respect to the honorable President of Helping Hand Foundation. May this noble initiative remain an inspiring example for society and encourage many others to come forward in the service of humanity.
