One of the daily companions of information technology is smartphones. Without this machine we do not even have a moment. The modern era is the age of technology. In the present age the smartphones are being viewed as the entrance to the world. Due to the spread of technology now the smartphone is becoming a competitor of computers. The younger generation of the present day is watching the world through smartphones. We are becoming most related to smartphones through the advancement of technology day by day. Our daily work is started through a mobile alarm. At the end of the day and the phone is our regular companion while going to sleep. We also spend a significant part of the day with mobile. So in this age of technology, smartphones have now become an integral part of our daily life. Technology is directly and indirectly involved in our daily life. At present, about 4.88 billion people use smartphones in the world, which is about 60.42% of the world population. Some users have multiple smartphones in the world and have about 7.21 billion active smartphones. So especially in the present smartphones are now becoming younger companions. The spread of smartphones cannot be denied in the current digital world concept. The younger generation has become dependent on this smartphone and digital technology in everything including study, entertainment, and communication. Smartphones are making significant contributions to young people’s education. Thus smartphones are playing an important role in young people’s lives. If the use of smartphones has a negative impact on the user’s personal life, education or workplace then it is considered a sign of addiction. A smartphone is basically a device that causes addiction. They can attract not only children but also to any human being. Once the smartphone starts to see something then a kind of intoxication is created. In this age of technology no one can imagine a smartphone life. At present we have become so dependent on smartphones that many of us today have forgotten the rules of normal life. A few days ago, young people used to exercise in the afternoon, do different sports, and meet each other in stories. But today everyone is out of this discipline. No one is mixed with anyone, nobody speaks to anyone. Everyone’s vision is on the mobile screen. Family members are also seen when everyone is free then everyone is busy with the phone. This is an unknown addiction that silently snatched the past. The younger generation is the most threatened in this addiction. Children of today’s era are more dependent on online. Now everyone is addicted to this addiction that after waking up in the morning then the first task is to check the notification of the mobile. Until it is done everyone is in a mental turmoil. All day long the phone is near. Facebook, Messenger, YouTube, WhatsApp, Emu- A few more things have been added. Those are- chat GPT, free fire, Pabji, Class of Class and various online games. These things are carried by this addiction day by day. The younger generation is adding to this addiction and destroying his life. The use of these extra smartphones is a silent threat for the younger generation. Smartphones are an essential companion to the present young generation. In this digital age a new addiction is called mobile addiction. This addiction is much worse than drug addiction. Also a child is the future of the next day but today the mobile phone is leading the future. At present, the tendency to use additional smartphones for the younger generation is gradually becoming a concern. This is having a negative impact on the young society. So if we are not aware of the time, the consequences can be dire. It is important to understand the fact that if we cannot control technology then technology will control us. From sleeping to sleep at night we are completely dependent on technology in almost every way. Awareness is essential to get rid of this addiction. Young people should determine the deadline for the use of smartphones and pay attention to social activity and sports in real life. On the other hand technology can also be helpful in this regard. Smartphones have some apps that can warn the use deadline and warn over use. It is also important to develop a habit of staying away from digital detox or technology. Addiction to smartphones is not just a personal problem but it is a major crisis in our society. In order to get rid of this crisis and not just individuals or families but the whole society must be aware. The educational institutions also have to play an important role in directing the digital method of the younger generation of students. Parents and teachers also have to play an important role in this regard. Only then will young people return to a healthy and normal life. As a result the next world will return the new hope. Numerous obstacles are being created in the way of prosperity and welfare of technology. Instead of ignoring this challenge the machine can be regarded as a leadership tool to meet the needs of the 21st century by the constructive use of smartphones. It has to take responsibility for the younger generation. Smartphones can become a symbol of possibilities by the hands of young people. We expect that in youth. A wireless small device is a human need and the easiest means of communication. So we need to be more aware of its loss. Not only addiction but the use of this modern device we rarely know what kind of physical and mental harm can cause. One generation can be destroyed because of this addiction. There is a need for some awareness and control strategy for modest use of smartphones. These include stopping unnecessary notifications, fixing the app for the use of the app, keeping the phone away during sleep, and being aware of the harmful effects of personal and social life. If a smartphone is not able to prevent addiction then a generation can be destroyed. This can lead to terrible consequences for the state, society family.
