Fresno, CA – In a joint operation, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and local law enforcement agencies apprehended multiple undocumented immigrant offenders in Fresno. Authorities say the operation is part of an ongoing effort to protect public safety and ensure community security.
According to ICE, those taken into custody include:
• Offender 1: Entered the United States unlawfully. The individual has four prior arrests, including possession/purchase/sale of narcotics, driving under the influence (DUI), and driving without a license.
• Offender 2: Previously arrested for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and convicted of battery.
• Offender 3: Arrest history includes spousal/cohabitant battery, DUI, and possession of a controlled substance. The individual also has prior convictions for domestic violence, stalking, and child abuse.
Officials emphasized that such operations are critical to removing dangerous individuals from communities and maintaining public safety across Fresno and surrounding areas.
