Desk report: In a thrilling announcement, India is gearing up to host the prestigious 71st Miss World Pageant, marking its return as the host country after a hiatus of 28 years. The grand event is set to be a celebration of beauty, diversity, and empowerment, with a month-long extravaganza scheduled to kick off on February 18 and conclude on March 9.
The highly anticipated pageant, organised by the Miss World organization and chaired by Julia Morley CBE, promises to be a spectacular journey showcasing the essence of beauty from around the globe.
The 71st Miss World Pageant will take place across two iconic venues in India – the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai and the Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The month-long festivities will commence on February 18, with the grand finale scheduled for March 9 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.
