An off-duty NYPD officer busted on domestic violence charges over the weekend is accused of five separate assaults against his girlfriend, including one in which prosecutors say he knocked her unconscious.

Travis Grant, 30, waged a five-month campaign of violence against his 21-year-old girlfriend in his Canarsie home, culminating with a knockout punch Saturday afternoon so forceful it left her with facial fractures, according to a criminal complaint against him.

Grant first attacked the woman on May 9, when he bit her arm, the complaint alleges. On June 30, he choked her, leaving bruises on her throat, then punched her on July 24, leaving cuts on her nose and arm, according to the complaint. He attacked her again Friday night, choking her with his hands, then punched her in the face at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, knocking her unconscious, the complaint alleges.

Grant was arrested early Sunday at the 69th Precinct stationhouse in Canarsie. He was hit with two dozen criminal charges, including two counts of strangulation, a felony punishable by up to seven years in prison if he’s convicted, and multiple counts of misdemeanor assault, attempted assault, menacing and harassment.

Grant was arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court Sunday, where his bail was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond, which he posted. He’s slated to return to court Friday.

Grant, a seven-year NYPD veteran, is assigned to the 78th Precinct. His lawyer declined comment Monday. When reached over the phone Monday, Grant said, “I cannot talk at the moment. I’m being interviewed at the precinct.”
